I just got back from a community meeting where someone mentioned that the government, through HAARP, caused the Chile earthquake and the Haiti earthquake. Has anyone else heard this conspiracy theory? I had to come home and look up HAARP and earthquakes -- see the link.

People are SO gullible. If a theory points fingers at the "evil" government, people are ready to believe it's a nefarious plot.
