Well, yes...nefarious stuff by the government! Just finished a meeting with our accountant--nefarious income tax!!

I feel certain that there are secret government programs (as there probably should be). However, from everything we know, it would be impossible to trigger a quake of the magnitude that we have recently seen. AND, if we can do that, one feels certain that said quakes would be triggered in places more dangerous to the USA than Chile and Haiti.
