Re: HAARP and earthquakes

There is a theory that if enough electrical energy is forced into a fault zone that is getting close to fracturing anyway then the rock layers will be heated and generate enough internal pressure to cause the earthquake to occur. And there are some other theories for what could be happening such as the release of water that causes the fault zone to slip etc. when that energy hits the fault zone.

It appears to me that HAARP probably has some secret military purposes in addition to whatever purely scientific purposes it has. What those military purposes are is anyone’s guess. But I can’t believe that it would have been used to deliberately trigger the deadly earthquakes in Haiti or Chile.

With some earthquakes the EM Signals that I am working with are good matches for the earthquakes. And they are detected weeks and even months before the earthquake occurs. That would mean that HAARP would have had to have been used to cause the EM Signals to be generated at exactly the right moment, weeks ahead of time. And the U.S. doesn’t know how to do the calculations that would be needed to determine what the right time for the EM Signals would be. If they did then they would probably be using that knowledge to forecast earthquakes.
