Where is this energy supposed to come from? Sure, if you added heat to a deep fault zone close to failure you would probably weaken the fault. But, I know of no way to do this. "Theory" would be way to stronng for any idea that you could do this; "hypothesis" is more appropriate for some idea someone had with no scientific support.

Also, while I am at it; I will sometimes not honor your request to not post on certain of your threads. If I bother to read a thread and think claims are exaggerated or not supported, I'll post right on that thread. For example, there is a thread above where you have graphs that are changing; that will leave open the question of when graphs were done, given that no one here is likely to bother to capture the graphs as they appear.
