Scientists and researchers have names, and I have yet to see a single one associated with this "earthquake advisory".

Clearly an amateur effort, given the trouble you have conceiving of how to accumulate even a smidgen of objective evidence for your "forecasts". Here's the gist - keep track of your hits AND misses in a measurable way, and compare them to the real earthquakes.
