A goal in working with the people at Meteoquake is to help with the creation of a central facility where a variety of earthquake forecasting resources can be collected for use by researchers around the world.

That is the way that way to make progress, one step at a time. An alternative is to continue to watch while earthquakes claim tens of thousands of lives. It is difficult to imagine that anyone wants that to continue.
