The forecasting method I have developed involves detecting and evaluating what appear to be earthquake fault zone related electromagnetic energy field pulses. They are apparently strongly affected by distance. And I live too far from any fault zones to be able to detect lower magnitude earthquakes.

My primary goal is actually not to predict them myself but to develop technology that other people living near fault zones can use to forecast their own local earthquakes. And after working on it for about ten years I finally have my computer program advanced to the point where it generates fairly good data and where it can be circulated to people around the world through Web site downloads.

One of the main reasons I myself am presently trying to predict any earthquakes at all is to help with the situation until other people can manage on their own.
