Guess I'm low on patience. I spent time this morning working on effort to get ExxonMobil to change its devious anti-science ways. It looks like I'll have to spend days or more on this over the next year...probably a commentary to EOS Transactions AGU.
(John, it would be interesting to me to know your opinion of ExxonMobil's reputation among the AGU membership (for example). Not your personal opinion, but whether you have any feel for the general feeling. I imagine most members are barely aware..).

We are encouraged to work on our public outreach and we have companies like ExxonMobil and broadcasters like Sean Hannity (and many others) who are spewing anti-science crap on the airwaves. I have more respect for Hannity than ExxonMobil because he does it in his own name.
