I remember the day well. This was when I discovered that quakes could cure hangovers. We'd had a big party that night, lots of red wine consumed. I woke up about 3:30 AM wondering if I were going to die before I could crawl to the bathroom for aspirin and water. When I made it back to bed, was just deciding to live when the quake hit. I remember thinking that this was just not a good time for a quake like this (actually, timing on that quake saved thousands due to holiday and early hour.) After the quake, checked the house, picked up a few tossed items,went to the car to listen to the radio. Promptly discovered that adrenaline rush from the quake cured the hangover.

I wouldn't recommend it, though. 14 years ago...wow.
