Hi Lowell. I may have missed something, but I didn’t see any independent acknowledgement of this person’s ability to forecast quakes of any kind.

I would have to know the person’s overall track record. Not just what they say, but what a well know independent organization, or any of the many well known seismologists say. That organization and or any seismologist would be able to take the same data the person is using and achieve the same rate of success. Take Care…Don
