Rightfully so. A prediction , once made can't be changed midstream.

By the same token, I would not allow credit for more quakes than are predicted. JOB pulls that all the time, predicting "a quake" then boasting of everything in the window. He does not claim more than one as a hit, but the rest get prominent mention.
