exaggerated claims about EQ predictions

My subject is the title of an article in EOS v. 88 no 1 Jan 2 2007. I checked and you have to log in to link to this. It refutes claims by NASA of great success...the NASA claims were discussed on this page. The authors of the EOS article had very close to the same success by just testing that earthquakes would occur in the same area that they were already occuring. Authors are A > Kafka abd J. E. Ebel.
