Six miles East of San Martin did mostly affect the Bay Area. See stats: More than 5,000 reports from people who felt the quake--the majority are from the Bay Area. According to the Wikipedia, San Martin is a census-designated place (CDP) and an unincorporated town in Santa Clara County, California, United States.
So, isn't Santa Clara County NoCA? I think so. The quake hit 28 miles from San Jose -- that is NoCA.
