I'm not sure what you have proven except that you are ignorant to the fact that the quake did indeed occur in NoCA and did affect the Bay Area. Also, on another site I did indeed predict the NoCA quake and said the Bay Area near water would be affected as well as a 4.0-5.0+ within the time frame it hit. See below. I feel my sixth sense which comes often in images was in working order.
