What are your thoughts about predictions made through the study of "earthquake clouds?" I found Zhonghao Shou's website through the BusinessWeek article about California and earthquakes. He posted a prediction today (9/28) for a 4.5 or larger quake in Calif/Nevada based on a cloud image that he shows on his site.
Or do you think his window is large enough that he's likely to have a hit anyway?
