By "window" I meant the timeframe quoted by the author for the so-called impending event, and also the suggested location (which is fairly broad). You would have to go through his site a bit and read the introduction, theory, etc... which I did, but I'm just wondering what others of you (who are probably more knowledgeable than I) think of him.
