Hi All. Is Japan being foolish, or are they taking earthquake prediction seriously? It seems the professionals admit they don't have all the answers and that it may be time to take a look at what the amateurs are doing. Maybe its time the professionals in other countries should do the same. Take Care…Don in creepy town
