I have highly rated publications in my own field of expertise. And I have one publication on this earthquake forecasting subject matter. In preparing it I was assisted by two expert, respected geologists who served as unofficial reviewers. I am not going to mention the name of the publication or identify those people as that would just cause problems.

John, of all people you should be able to quickly and easily understand this technology. And I have to wonder why that is not the case or at least does not appear to me to be the case.
