Petra, if you yourself are neither running the ear tone Web page nor sending data to it then I would propose that it is not for you to decide how the data there should be evaluated. After all, if you are not submitting those data to the page then they are not YOUR data. Doesn't that make sense to you? Next, I specifically stated that I do not want you to use "EDG" when referring to my notes. I recommend that you talk with an attorney who is an expert in copyright law. I am not certain about this, but I believe that he or she may advise you that you should now not do that.
