Re: Regarding ear tone data

Thank you for that note Nancy. I do know who you are and I'm very interested in and respect the work you do. So coming from someone I trust that helps. :) I've been on Earthwaves since about July of 97 and never recall seeing EDG post here. I haven't been around as much the last year or so here, and he just seemed to come out of no where. I've had a chance to get to know Don, and Bob, and Canie and many others here over the years so I've gotten to know them and what they do that way. I trust them. Not knowing what it is he does with this material is what makes me uncomfortable. I don't think he has ever spelled it out, just made generalizations. Maybe I missed it? My concern is; for instance, if say I note I had a strong right tone. And say a dozen other sensitives in the Bay area had tones, some similar, some not, within a few days. They post these on not just the registry or here, but on other forums around the web. Does he go, to all these various sources, and unbeknown to these sensitives use that information, and in what way does he use it? Cuz, from what he says, that's what it sounds like. Then lets say he does whatever it is he does with it, and determines there is going to be a 7+ quake in the Bay area. He sends out this "prediction" (freightning many people in the process) to these as yet un named governments and scientist or the media, stating it is based on these particular sensitives tones. (Or does he say it is his own data?) The quake never happens. Many months later myself or other sensitives concur there is a 7+ quake approaching. We try and warn. Are we going to be believed? That is what concerns me. Especially since that tone would not have meant the Bay area to me. And to Petra it would be something all together different than mine. The same with many of the others. Does he use this type of data collectively from one area in this way or what? See, I have no idea what he does with it. I post my tones and sounds freely when I have time, and share the knowledge of what I think they mean. Does he go to my site and take that knowledge without my knowing? I have put five years into studying my tones, I'd hate to think it was for no reason. Some day I hope to understand it and use it. But right now it's not ready. I've studied the sounds I hear, and especially the "rumbling" for 23 years. Some of us put as much work into this as many good scientist. I think what we're concerned about is that work being "stolen", as it has in the past. Borrowed with my knowledge is one thing but taken without asking is another. That is what I want to know. What is he doing with it? What is his intention? I have no way of knowing since he doesn't say. I went to his web site a couple of times, but heck I don't understand it! I'm just a poor right brained sensitive. Not a scientist. I'm not stupid, explain it to me and I'll get it. I am edumacated. ;)

Bye for now.
