Remember, these Earthquake Warning and Advisories are intended largely to say to other earthquake researchers around the world:

NOW is a good time for you to be checking your local precursor data to see if a powerful earthquake might be headed your way!

As many Time Window and Location data as are available are also provided with my Advisories and Warnings. And efforts are constantly being made to improve the accuracy of the Time Windows and Locations that my computer programs generate.

Strong EM Signals were detected at the following times:

I don’t have any likely location information regarding the expected seismic activity at the moment. More data processing is necessary.

However,

The latest theories regarding these signals propose the following :

2 OR 3 EARTHQUAKES POSSIBLE – ONE OF THEM FAIRLY POWERFUL

When 2 strong signals are detected like that within a few hours of one another there is a 50% or better chance that there will be at least one powerful earthquake within the next 5 days.

There is usually just one powerful earthquake that is directly or indirectly responsible for all of the signals to be generated. At times there can be more than 2. If I remember correctly, more than a half dozen strong signals have been detected on a single day in the past.

That original powerful earthquake might or might not generate a signal itself. That happened twice with 7.3 magnitude earthquakes in early July of 2013. But at the same time that powerful earthquake does activate other fault zones. And they might be the ones generating the signals.

So, putting all of that information together,

With 2 signals there could be one powerful earthquake say in the 7+ magnitude range plus another one that might be only a 5.5 magnitude.

Or, there could be two 5.5 magnitude earthquakes (2 signals). And the original powerful one did not generate a signal.

My computer programs are now sufficiently advanced that when these earthquakes occur it should be fairly easy to tell which ones they were even if there were 3 of them. And if time permits after they occur those data will be displayed on my forecast Web site and discussed here.

ADDITIONAL

This earthquake forecasting effort is now quite advanced. And some time is now being devoted to other important humanitarian projects such as World Peace and developing new sources of environmentally safe and affordable energy.

As far as I can tell, U.S. policy makers have not yet actually acted on proposals regarding both of those matters that were sent to them earlier this year. I believe that they did publicly acknowledge having evaluated one of the proposals. And it sounds like they might also be thinking about acting on it. More reports along those lines are scheduled to be sent to them some time this week.
