Hi sorry about this bout it seems better than 3 long threads - bandwidth-wise, anyway.
1) /From previous thread: Puerto Rico was active until 3/12 when there was a 5.0 offshore and things ground to a stop; now it is slowly bevcoming active again - Comments? Opinions? Roger/Chris?
2) From mention of Precursors: What are considered to be valid precursors? Animal behavior? I have read that during the fall, prior to the historic New Madrid Eq's diaries and letters mentioned rather bizarre animal behavior such as squirrels acting like lemmings and heaving themselves into the Ohio River. Any comments as to what is valid behavior and what is taken lightly?
3)The 1811/12 New Madrid quakes wiped out settlements, but is there any list of where specifically and who died? This is actually because of genealogy and ancestors who died that year in that area. Weird huh?
