We've (mainly Roger) been looking for that sort of relation on this page for years. But, we generally look for larger quakes (M>5) being triggered. It may be that small quakes (3s?) are being mainly triggered. But, if you can triggger a 3 you can trigger a 5 (because the small ones should ocassionally keep on breaking. Lowell Whiteside looked into a lot of this over the years. We did not try specifically to reproduce what he did...we just looked at larger quakes to test some ideas that he had. There did not show any clear relations, but, again, we were not looking at exactly the same things.
