Michael - No, its NOT gut feeling. Its fact. I told you where to look - newsgroup archives - You are new on the scene and Dennis has been here many years - its too bad that you haven't seen his work and have managed to chase him away from participating due to the caustic nature of your remarks. I guess you need to have a really thick skin to be in the business of quake prediction - as Lowell said it can really ruin your reputation as everyone thinks it impossible - after a while the thick skin starts getting thin - give me one good reason why Dennis should post here - Why should he take your abuse? He does have something reproducable - and subject to interpretation (this is what was being worked on and polished) - and he's right a whole lot more than he's ever been wrong. Just take a look at our own archives here - you won't see many predictions by him and there also haven't been many significant quakes here either. Dennis is not a Martin who makes 45 predictions and comes thru with 3 or 4.
