Actually Dennis's track record of old is ambiguous. Apparently he had a run of sucesses during the Northridge aftershock sequence, which Alan Jones scored as being highly significant. Then after that sequence stopped his scores went down to being at chance levels. Dennis disputes the way the latter predictions were evaluated.
