Hello Don, Yes, somewhere a happy balance must be struck. I would think that with time, people would know who to listen to and who not to listen to. I would also think that credibility can be established by how a prediction is worded to ease the fears while at the same time raising people's awareness. Am I giving people to much credit on their being able to discern what is a good prediction and what is a bad prediction? Their ability to discern who to trust and who not to trust?
