Hi Canie, Yes, some people will believe anything, but I don't think that the majority of people would. As to California sinking into the ocean, I myself wouldn't throw that possibility out. At least for coastal areas. Especially with the recent findings off the coast of Egypt and somewhere off the coast of Japan. Whole cities under hundreds of feet of water. Scenes of battles on the shores of Greece centuries ago are now several kilometers from the shore. So you've got land rising and land sinking. Sure we've had rising oceans from melting ice caps, but these weren't cities that were just inundated. They were collapses of buildings and other structures that were noted. Also, last year a small island disappeared in Indonesia. Other islands appear. Its an ongoing change in the landscape that this earth will continually experience.
