That's not the way it works. To do that I would have to do a probability analysis of all likely locations to see which one had the highest probability. But even when I found it, the probability would not be very high, so it wouldn't be useful as a prediction tool. What it IS used for is to say "This person has beaten odds of 0.25 four times in a row" or whatever. It's to determine reliability, to say someone is better than chance.
