That's what I said; you would have to analyse the chances for every likely location, a VERY large task.

But suppose you had such a list; what then?

And what makes you think the USGS doesn't report all the quakes worldwide? Not the little ones, to be sure but it certainly reports all the 4+ in the world and many of the 3+ as well.
