I have found that there usually is no conspiracy to be found. Maybe you've been listening to Dex too much? The other thing to keep in mind is to watch which magnitude scale is being used - ML,mb, ms, mw, etc - they can be different. - Also the candian list I've found does say PRELIMINARY and it may be changed. They are all listed there. What is this 200km west of Pt. Hardy anyway? A submerged volcano or something? It sure seems to be quite active an area. My guess is that it is so far offshore they just don't have enough info on the quake - no conspiracy.
