Red Puma is off a lot about 60% or more of the time but they are also usually the first to report when something is going on... Only one better than Puma is Stephen PSN station and he sends me email to Pinpoint whenever his alarm goes off for a good sized one...
I do not hold with any Canadian surpressing Q info. Actually they are much more up front than anything we have....USGS is more likely to sweep under the rug and then bring it back out when it all comes clear!
