That is of course not what I meant. What I said is the opposite, which I take to be in consonance with Tolchard's ideas. That is to say, judgement or "evaluation" is not a part of the registry.

Your bending 180 degrees of that idea illustrates why such software/registry is not available now. Because it requires collaboration of capable people who want to promote responsible prediction, while not being judgemental.

I know that (easily deducible) and it is not relevant.

You do not know what you mean by "you". You do not know "me." So your ad hominem opinion can change or remain the same, it is irrelevant.
