Roger, "You have some excellent ideas in your post. Instant evaluation to posting predictions might help the more vague individuals..." That is of course not what I meant. What I said is the opposite, which I take to be in consonance with Tolchard's ideas. That is to say, judgement or "evaluation" is not a part of the registry. Your bending 180 degrees of that idea illustrates why such software/registry is not available now. Because it requires collaboration of capable people who want to promote responsible prediction, while not being judgemental. "I'm not the one who got you banned." I know that (easily deducible) and it is not relevant. "But my opinion of you has not changed." You do not know what you mean by "you". You do not know "me." So your ad hominem opinion can change or remain the same, it is irrelevant.
