Hi All,

Antonio Romino and I have decided to work together in regard to the terra firm link to the human element inregard to earthquake prediction.

Prof. Romino has considerably more experience and expertise in this area, than I, however, my viewpoints from my experiences both personally and from those from the scientific community who have afford some valuable suggestions, I think will bring an opportunity for both of us.

As I have not had the benefit of collaborating with someone before, on a direct basis, I think it should prove a valuable experience. Though we do have some communications problems due to language, I think we've found a way to work through this.

Though my primary interest is proving my Seismic Sound Hypothesis, perhaps working in the collaborative effort may bring some new ideas in reseach and development which may result in clarification of my hypothesis as well.

I hope all of you will provide us with your best wishes for success. For now, there is much work at hand to developing this new exploration and I'm truly excited about the prospects.

We are quite open to any ideas that any of you may wish to afford to us, so feel free to pass them along at any time.
