Re: 3.9 west of Gilroy |
Hi Cathryn, It shouldn't have come as a surprise to you, since I wrote you on 10/22 and told you a quake was coming to Gilroy. Don says you are sick as a dog. And that probably explains why you didn't read your e-mails. I'm sorry and I hope you get better really, really fast. I have that sad feeling again tonight. Reminds me of a lost child out in the cold and dark of night. I hope it doesn't mean scads of earthquake victims again. You know what, I wish I could meet a scientist who was really open to new ideas and talk to him about ear tones and have him look at me with curiosity instead of that "boy, she's gone round the bend, rolling eyes thing" and someone who is patient and wants to understand something different and new. I think its funny that a scientist can fall in love and understand it but can't be open to understanding a physical phenonmena. Odd that. There should be another Lowell out there somewhere that is just a tad younger, just as curious and hopefully almost as "all knowing" as Lowell. His name should be Mark, but it will probably be someone named David. Life is like that. Strangely curious.
