Why are so many earthquakes at the 6 KM level?
Why does there appear to be a recent tracking of earthquakes into the area which runs north of the Hiway which runs NE from Barstow? See Http Map below for reference. I expect this activity to pick-up and the magnitudes to become stronger.

Are the number of aftershocks related to the Hector quake at or near the surface normal for California earthquake patterns? and reason?
