Hmmmmmm - Hector area doesn't have anything to do with the Northern California area of the SAF. It has had some effect on the southern San Andreas though. I'm not as concerned with the southern end at this point - but one never knows... both the southern and central portion of the saf are overdue according to the average time between quakes. Also - the Axial seamount doesn't really have anything to do with the SAF. But - I think there's a bit of a higher possibility rith now of a quake 5.5+ in the area from Parkfield up to Punta Gorda and the MTJ - if its up at MJT it probably will be offshore. If nothings happens in the next week then this no longer applies. Canie
