Hi all;

I have finished the first phase of my new program.

It's a DOS program (runnable in a DOS window under Windows) which takes upper and lower mag. limits and a time window in days, then prints the observed probability (Jones method) of a quake of that size somewhere in the world.

Seems to work OK.

The database is from NEIC, all 5+ quakes from 1973-2002 (30 years data).

Anyone want to play with it?

Next step will be input location limits; rectangle or circle.
