The current version zips to 52k. Later versios won't be much larger unless we change the database which at the moment is 5 or larger.

It probably wouldn't be a good idea to distribute this first program since it only does global probability. Adding a rectangle search won't be difficult. Circle searches take a bit longer because it's a calculation instead of a comparison.

Flinn-Engdahl regions may not be feasible...there are 729 of them and no easy way to show them.
