Why Tokyo became Hokkaido |
Hi everyone, My associate and I fail to understand how a massive earthquake predicted for Tokyo happened hundreds of kilometres away. So many forecasters, including Shan, seem to have identified the signs over Tokyo, but so far as I know no-one has explained the anomaly. For non-experts like us it seems to be like a cyclone or hurricane that is forecast by the weatherman for a particular region and then gets diverted. Please, anyone who can throw light on this, please do so. There are questions being asked by those who may sponsor us. We need straightforward laypeople's answers.
