Likewise, light is also a form of energy, which travels equal to the speed of such
signals and having pending effect while passes through high magnetic field like when
it's entering into earth or while crossing stars from the galaxy. (If I remember
correct it is called as " Doppler Effect ").

Could you or anybody please explain what happened to light when it enters into earth
during normal time, devastating quake period and after that on earth, with supporting
evidence, if any?
