I'm currently working on your predictions from 2009 to 2013. I've removed the 3/4 types and added a 12:00 time instead and a 36 hr flag so the window will be a day and 1/2 either way from noon of the predicted date. Actually, any time you give a time in a prediction the same thing will happen; 36 hours either way from the given time.

Or it will use whatever interval you state (+/- 6 hours, for example.)

I'll send you the list and you send me yours for comparison. I'm still working on the program, so parts of my list may change but the dates should all be correct.
