Doing a quick run on 2010-2013 I get 151 predictions and 46 hits which is .305 compared to the .267 Jones odds, only slightly better than chance.

The answer depends a lot on the time period you choose because the odds change with the seismicity.

In any case, you have to do a LOT better than chance before I'll agree that you have anything important.
