It is my plan to create a special Web page on my forecasting Web site to start discussing the charts below in detail and then post notes to the Newsgroups about this and circulate E-mail notes to researchers around the world. This present discussion will have to do for the moment.

These are my Year Chart data for the years 2008 through 2013. They just got finished.

Both charts are the same. But the lower one has the reference set so that the chart will display with a fixed width and height. The size of the upper one is being automatically set by your browser.

After all of these years, actually decades, I just today developed a fairly good understanding of what the data are saying. It was necessary to look at some of the EM Signal and earthquake data for a several year Time Window on a single chart.

The chart both show that earthquakes CAN be predicted and how really EASY it is to predict them !!!

It would take too long in this present post to explain what all of the line peak groups are saying. But I can point to a few earthquakes and use them for examples.

First, there was a very powerful earthquake in the SOLOMON ISLANDS area on February 6, 2013. This is likely the best example on these chart that shows how the EM Signals were pointing exactly to when and where the earthquake would occur. Notice how the line peaks at that longitude disappear right after it occurred.

There are two other earthquakes and associated line peak groups that I could never before understand. Now I believe I do.

These were the extremely powerful CHILE earthquake that occurred on February 27, 2010 and the incredibly destructive HAITI earthquake that occurred on January 12, 2010.

On the charts, the line peak groups make it look like one of both of the earthquakes started generating EM Signals around December 10 of 2009. But that is likely a misinterpretation of the data. And I never understood that before. It now appears that the signals actually got started MUCH earlier in time, around August 13 of 2008 !!!

What it appears is probably happening is that with my charts, if a fault zone is generating EM Signals for a long time as the Chile or Haiti (or both) earthquakes apparently were, then when another fairly powerful earthquake comes along before they occur it generates its own signals. And my computer programs just process all of the signals at the same time and set the strongest ones to be full scale for each data line on the chart. So, the signals for that other strong earthquake would overpower the signals for the Chile or Haiti earthquakes. Then after that other powerful earthquake finally occurred it would no longer be generating any signals. And the ones pointing to Chile or Haiti would be visible again.

Because of those gaps in the line peaks pointing Chile and Haiti I could not understand that EM Signals pointing to those earthquakes were probably being generated for that entire time.

My computer programs have a routine in them that can be set to automatically “blank out” the EM Signals associated with those other powerful earthquakes before the Chile and Haiti earthquakes. And then the line peak groups pointing to Chile and Haiti should be visible as an uninterrupted line peak group going back to August of 2008.

Another thing to remember is that each line represents an averaging of EM Signals detected during the previous 90 days. That Time Window can be easily changed to any length. But what that long averaging time usually means is that a line peak group associated with a powerful earthquake can continue to appear on lines for several months after the earthquake has occurred. That probably did not happen with the Solomon Islands earthquake because as soon as it occurred, those residual EM Signals were overpowered by EM Signals associated with some other approaching earthquake.

It should be remembered that the line peak group peaks are not always at the same longitude as the earthquake. There are a number of reasons for that. But with each really powerful earthquake a correlation of some type can be seen with the earthquake.

Also remember that this has not been an entirely EVEN project. Those EM Signal data were collected over a several decade period of time. And there were times such as in November and December of 2008 that I was so busy it was impossible to collect any low intensity signal data. And I still have some 500 low intensity EM Signal data points to process and add to the charts from an 8 month period of time before that catastrophic March 11, 2011 earthquake in Japan. The high intensity ones are already in the charts.

Duplicate charts have also been generated that show the depth of each earthquake on these charts. Those charts are intended for earthquake researchers who need that information. It will take a while longer to assemble into a single chart and then display them here.

SUMMARY

All of these EM Signals are being detected at a single location on the planet (United States) for earthquakes that are occurring around the world. And the fact that the signals are matching so well with the times when powerful earthquakes occur provides conclusive proof that it is actually quite easy to predict earthquakes.
