1) I give + or - 0.3 mag window period. so while calculating odds this aspect should be considered.ie if I gave 6.4 as prediction ,odds be calculated for 6.1 to 6.7 only
If we are really interested in saving lives and searching dates when people can be evacuated, than,the predicted dates on which quakes occurred greater than predicted,that should also be considered as hit( valid only for 6+ quake prediction only, so that ,it should not go below 6).
