Roger I predict that the date has potential for quake/s of say 6.5 .The no of quakes depend on fault lines comming directly under pull.What I say is date has potential and hence all quakes on the date should be considered.Problem is evaluation system is based on plate tectonics only. Let us take a hypothetical case If I give X dates for 6+ quakes in a year.let us say all are hit.Also assume there is no 6+ quake on any other date except predicted. If any one of X dates have more than one 6+ quake ,I will be always below average though 100% correct.How would you explain this? Amit
