Your problem is that you are spread too thin and as a result can't do anything well.

You should narrow it down to the most important item(s) and concentrate fully on those few. Maybe then you can actually accomplish something.

Earthquake prediction should probably not be one of the top priorities as there is little likelyhood of success there.

IMHO, anyway.
