I was a "test subject" for the government in 1964 while I was a patient at Walter Reed Army Med Center. There they at least paid me for my information! Would USGS or any other organization pay for EQ information? If not why?

The people who are testing EQ predictors are getting paid for their work certainly unless they are volunteering time. So where's my 5 bucks?
