I really should listen to that sentiment more on a personal level. I have been in the computer business now for over 25 years and I see computer professionals making money hand over fist on poor unsuspecting customers. They take terrible advantage of the client's ignorance. It has always been my personal philosophy not to 'rip people off' and therefore I have not made the bundle that most have and have a pretty modest income.

I do sleep well at night (when its not too cold) so my conscious does not bother me but some would probably think I'm a fool. I guess the really sad thing is the people that do charge the outrageous rates and oversell the client probably sleep well too...
