EARTHQUAKE WARNING – Posted by EQF on May 8, 2011

This is the first preliminary warning for a significant earthquake that might occur within the next few days.

The warning is based on a variety of strong EM Signals that have been detected since May 5, 2011 and on EM Signals data sent to me by another earthquake researcher.

My formal data analyses have not yet completed. So I don’t have any probable location data for the expected seismic activity. Plans are to provide anything helpful along those lines as soon as possible.

Based on past experiences I am estimating that the probability that this expected earthquake will occur within the next few days is greater than 50%.

With my previous circulated advisory my forecast computer programs were not operational at the time. And I could not provide any expected location data. After they became operational again I ran my EM Signal data through them and they indicated to me that the EM Signals responsible for the advisory were likely pointing to the approach of the following earthquake that reportedly claimed more than 100 lives.

That advisory was circulated internationally by a variety of means. And it is unfortunate that as far as I can tell, no other researchers were able to generate or supply any accurate location data that could have confirmed that the earthquake was approaching. Many lives might have been saved.
