The Loyalty Islands quake occurred at a longitude of 168E. Your graph is absolutely flat at that longitude and at least 5 degrees either side, for the entire graph.

The Macquarie Island quake occurred at 148E, this is close to the longitudes of the Japan quake sequence (main shock 142E). Also, the spikes in the graph have been dwindling for over a week. Since this is only longitudes, we can't differentiate lattitudes, and can't differentiate a quake at say, 45 north from one at 45 south. So, it's hard to say one way or the other.
